Ballentine Partners, LLC, a globally-recognized wealth management and investment advisory firm, was one of the pioneers in the field of objective, conflict-free wealth management advice for extremely wealthy families. Our clients rely on us to be their most trusted counselor and to manage all aspects of their complex financial situations. If you are looking for a career that asks you to combine both technical rigor and exceptional emotional intelligence, we would like to speak with you.
Our team of over 60 is headquartered in the Boston suburbs but we serve clients across the United States and Europe. We are particularly known for our thought leadership in the field and our fluency in helping clients navigate the complex interactions among family, emotion, and wealth.
We are known as a wonderful place to work. Our compensation philosophy and matrix team structure foster a collegial rather than territorial atmosphere. We are small and nimble enough that the right candidate will have the potential to grow into a significant leadership role. We are unusual in the financial field in that we believe our employees’ having a balanced life makes them better at their work.
In this role the candidate will not only be responsible for the technical tasks below but will also have the opportunity to learn the soft skills necessary to be successful in their interactions with people at all levels.
Designing and preparing client financial reports and exhibits for client meetings
Collecting, compiling, and analyzing raw data from multiple sources to produce accurate financial summaries
