The Financial Analyst will work with the CIO and CFO of Robinson Hill LLC in a variety of different areas as described in more detail under Core Responsibilities.
Estate & Wealth Transfer Services:
Assist with and participate in planning designed to transfer wealth in a tax efficient manner.
Review and monitor ongoing transactions and coordinate gifting opportunities.
Income Tax Services:
Gather all relevant data and prepare multi-state individual, partnership, trust, charitable foundation, and gift tax extensions and returns.
Analyze and calculate quarterly income tax payment requirements.
Investment Related Services:
Prepare and analyze a variety of different investment projects including asset allocation models, monthly performance reports, expense benchmarking studies, and capital commitment summaries.
Assist with and participate in ongoing investment activities such as review of manager due diligence, documentation for new investment opportunities, and tracking of capital contributions and distributions.
Assist with and prepare ad hoc projects (such as annual cash flow reports, summary of charitable commitments, or review of existing insurance policies) as needed.
Prepare financial accounting reports for partnership investments.
Preferably have or working towards a CPA or CFP designation with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in preparing individual, trust, partnership, or gift tax returns.
Experience and/or interest advising on investment portfolios is also required.
Understanding and experience working with partnership accounting and taxation is a plus.
