Support the Financial Planning Lead Advisors in creation of financial plans and following up on plan recommendations. Support Lead Advisors and Client Service team in preparing forms and managing data to service investment client’s needs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Using eMoney financial planning software, enter client financial data and prepare financial plan scenarios for review.
Prepare financial planning deliverable documents for lead advisors.
Finalize financial planning documents to prepare for production by admin staff.
Follow up with financial planning clients for plan implementation.
Work with Junxure CRM workflows to manage financial planning process.
Email correspondence with clients as needed.
Support Investment Management client service efforts by preparing custodial forms, tracking workflows in Junxure CRM, and working with custodian directly to process forms.
Primary for data dependent tasks including Daily Download, updating cash reserves in rebalancer, updating IM Review Binder, and various other data projects as needed.
Backup as third person in line on phone call reception.
Policies & Procedures
Update existing office procedures as needed.
Create new procedures as needed.
Assist in implementing new/updated procedures.
Act as back up for support staff.
Occasional document filing using document management system.
Attend weekly team meetings as well and quarterly marketing meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Relevant work experience preferred. Degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred.
This position is designed to train a new team member to eventually grow within our organization after mastering the basic roles of advisor support.
Additional Salary Information: We use industry benchmark data to set salaries based on our Southern California region.
