Sanctuary Wealth is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate who will provide the highest level of client-focused service to a successful and growing advisor team in San Francisco, CA.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist in servicing clients, which may include preparing financial plans and conducting investment research, as well as building professional client relationships.
Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into contact manager, creating meeting agendas and summaries, and providing necessary follow-up.
Prepare and ensure necessary paperwork is processed following team protocol.
Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, setting up and maintaining client files.
Ideal Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years of Wealth Management Experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
Licensed Series 7, preferred
